Canteen

The canteen is managed by a sub-committee of the P&C and has paid staff members who work with parent volunteers to provide good wholesome food for the students at a moderate cost. Our canteen complies with the NSW government Healthy Schools Canteen policy.

All profits from the school canteen go towards buying educational equipment for the school, so parental support is greatly appreciated.

To avoid queues, students are advised to order their lunch and/or recess snack before school commences and collect their order in the lunch order line.

The canteen manager advertises details of items available and specials on chalkboards in front of the canteen. The menu is varied and changes to prices, the canteen roster and information about special menu days are published in the weekly newsletter, Peninsula Press.

The canteen is open from 8.30am. Seniors may purchase items at any time during the day. Juniors will not be served during class time.
