Uniform
Barrenjoey's uniform is attractive and comfortable and is only available from the school uniform store. The shop is located in A block near reception.

Students are required to wear the uniform at all times or to bring a note of explanation in the rare circumstances where it is not possible to wear uniform. The note must be taken to the front office before school and the student will be issued with a yellow out of uniform card that is valid for one day only. Parents of students unable to comply should make an appointment with the principal to discuss the problem before it becomes a discipline issue.

The uniform store is managed by the P&C employed supervisor and the uniform committee supported by volunteer parents. The small profit on uniform items is donated to the school for educational programs and equipment. The store is open before school Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 9.45am.
